Taking care of business 1 pound at a time...

Those words make me think of my clients success. They've been training hard, taking care of their nutrition and cardio. And it shows...

Michael Todd for example is getting ready for the Army in late February. At 5'11 with 166lbs - he has gained 7.3 pounds while dropping .4% of his body fat; so far in just 22 days.

Alanna has been training for 30 days now and has manage to drop 3% body fat and is getting in top shape.

S. Maloney in the last 21 days has gone from 300 pounds and 36.7% body fat, down to 280 and 34.9% body fat!!!
