Mark your calendars for the Spring Forward Health Fair on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009.

The Health Fair, which starts at 8 a.m., is open to the public. Residents can register to get their free health screenings. They include screenings for cholesterol and blood glucose, bone density and Body Mass Index measurements and vision and glaucoma, all up to a $400 value. There also will be free health seminars throughout the day.
