Not knowing I got an awsome tip from my brother the other day, and it made the difference. Inmediately I came back to my site and redesigned the whole thing, or at least I'm trying to do so.
I don't think he even knows what he has said or showed me, but for me it gave me wings and a better perspective on what I need to accomplish.
See, sometimes in our life we lose perspective of what we want or what we are trying to go for. Maybe the family, to much work, or other stuff can drive us away from that. But it's in that exact moment that we need to stop and think... look ahead, and see if this is what we started out for.
In order to achive greatness, sometimes we struggle, sometimes, heck maybe all the time it's a tough road. But when we do reach it... no one can touch that.
If you set out like everyone else on Jan 1, I will lose weight, gain muscle mass, lose body fat, eat better, sleep more or whatever our goals where... aske yoursefl; am I there? Did I actually accomplished something out of all I set out to do? Why have I fail? (if such is the case).
Maybe we lost our focus. How to regain it? One word: "MOTIVATION".
Thats right sometimes we need to motivate ourselves. What ever works for you on this do it, just do it. If you need to open a magazine and dream of body like... do it. Look into the mirror and say, gee! what the hell happen to me, do it. Get a fitness buddy, join a club; just do it.
When you can see the benefits at the end of the road, when get even close to it. You'll know it was worth the effort.

ESPAÑOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Asi mismo es amigos. No se crean que cambie el español por ingles o por lo que sea.
Es que se me hace más fácil escribir en ingles me imagino y muchos de los términos que conosco son en ingles. Pero vamos a escribir de todo un poco, así que veran algunas partes en ingles otras en español.
Por lo tanto que resta decir... BIENVENIDOS a mi página y espero juntos podamos continuar en nuestra busqueda de un cuerpo mejor definido, mejorar nuestra alimentación y nuestra salud. Solo así podremos disfrutar de una mejor calidad de vida, aún si tenemos veintemil problemas encima.

Well so far so good. I started using a blog, and now I just changed this one by Blogger (its more efficient and cool).
Anyways I also got a new tool for my web site design. Between that and maybe... maybe my brothers help I might on track just fine.
As always keep working on your training, diet and cardio. DON'T GIVE UP!!!

Hi people this is my first ever blog or forum room. Hopefully it turns out to be a great tool in our search for a healthy life style and for our fitness inquiries.
I'll be working on my website for a while, since I'm no expert at web designing and a lot of stuff comes to my head yet I don't get to put them on the web. But you'll see in no time it should be up and running and we should all be able to benefit and contribute.
It is very simple tough, I takes time obviously but when you put your mind into something you can accomplish anything. Just like with your life style. Which brings me to my first ever fitness tip: "I am not judged by the number of times I fail, but by the number of times I succeed. And the number of times I can fail and keep on trying." - Tom Hopkins (smart man)...
So there it is.
