Bored with your current cardio routine? Getting in your cardio doesn't has to be boring nor should it take forever for you to see results.
Try this time efficient - results based cardio workout, taken from my boot camp workout programs. You can do this indoors and outdoors as well. No equipment necessary.
30 Minute Cardio Workout
Round 1: 5 minute slow to moderate jog
Round 2: 8 minute - Perform the following circuit 4 rounds
30 second mountain climbers
10 second rest
30 second burpees
10 second rest
30 second run in place
10 second rest
repeat 3 more times
Round 3: 5 minute moderate to intense jog
Round 4: 8 minute - Perform the following circuit 4 rounds
30 second jump squats
10 second rest
30 second skaters
10 second rest
30 second jumping jacks
10 second rest
repeat 3 more times
Round 5: 4 minute jog to cool down
Remember to warm up and cool down properly. Some active and dynamic stretching may be used especially for the muscles involved during the exercise and those that are very tight.
Make today better than yesterday!!!
